Last week I spent a few hours exploring the World Showcase at Epcot admiring the topiaries and spending lots of money on delicious dishes from the Outdoor Kitchens (little pop up shops or food stalls).
The 2014 International Flower & Garden Festival was a welcome change from the snow and slush I’ve been seeing for the past few
weeks MONTHS at home.
Green, pink, yellow, purple, blue, red, orange …. I was so happy to see plants with leaves! You know it’s been a long winter when….
And oh my goodness, the food. I was so full from stuffing my face with cupcakes, tacos, macarons (Orange Blossom Macaron shown below), duck confit, scones and a whole bunch of other things that I skipped dinner that night.
