Let’s take a look at the 6 things not to miss in Pandora – World of Avatar!
Avatar Flight of Passage
Why not just start with the best attraction at the top of the list? Avatar Flight of Passage is AMAZING – one of those attractions I can ride over and over again. Guests are riding on a banshee, flying and soaring through Pandora.
This attraction is well worth the cost of Disney Genie+. Flight of Passage is perfect for those who may not love roller coasters, but want an exhilarating ride experience. This 3-D attraction is not to be missed.
Satu’li Canteen
Satu’li Canteen is a Quick Service location in Pandora. It’s themed with Na’vi cultural items and art, which are stunning! This location features Pandora’s “natural cuisine”, with dishes such as Cheeseburger Steamed Pods, Steamed Curry Pods, and amazing Blueberry Cream Cheese Mousse. The mousse is really why I love Satu’li! Also, they offer the option of creating your own bowl with a grain base, a protein, and sauce or toppings. Satu’li Canteen is fresh, unique, and well themed dining.
Na’vi River Journey
Na’vi River Journey is the second attraction in Pandora. This slow moving boat ride is peaceful, and absolutely beautiful. This is a GREAT attraction for young children and those who prefer a calmer ride with beautiful scenery. Guests ride through the world of the Na’vi, and are greeted by the animatronic Shaman of Songs. The mystical ride through the bioluminescent rainforest is certainly something to experience!
Night Blossom
A Night Blossom is not only a super tasty, frosty drink…..but it’s really pretty, too! It’s limeade combined with apple and pear flavors, and then topped with boba balls. It’s super popular, and you will likely see many walking around Pandora with one in their hand! This fun drink, along with several other alcohol or non alcoholic versions are sold at Pongu Pongu, just as you exit Flight of Passage. They also serve a few snacks and some breakfast offerings.
The Island of Mo’ara
Disney Imagineers created Pandora with so much detail, and it cannot be missed. Taking in the landscape and Pandoran plants is a must. They make for so many great photo opportunities as well. The floating mountains, exotic plants, waterfalls, and bridges are so peaceful. It’s a great way to take a break and enjoy the details!
Pandora at Night
Pandora at night is an entirely different experience, and one you will not want to miss. The entire area is lit with bioluminescence, and becomes completely immersive. It slowly comes to life with beautiful lights and sounds as the sun goes down. The number of elements that come to life at night in Pandora will make you so glad you stayed at the park until dark.
